Very clean, well thought out rooms. TV has two easy to access HDMI ports, so you can brink your firestick, Roku or game console. Beds were very good. Linens too. Shower water pressure was very low and was out of shower gel. Pool was standard, nothing special. Pool room was a little cold and inviting. I would stay again.

We stay at this hotel every year for a nearby annual event with friends. It’s always well managed and I sleep great because the beds are so comfortable. Frankly, it’s why I started staying at Hampton Inns.

Our stay was a good stay. The front desk was friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! And the location was perfect for us. Our room was good. It was a small double queen room and served us they way we wanted. We needed a place to sleep and shower, that's all. The AC in the room was great! The shower door in our bathroom was a sliding door and it kept sliding open on one side. It would stay closed. A small thing but worth looking into (Room 222). The pool needed some service. Something was off. I don't know if the filtration system wasn't working well or if the chemicals needed service, but that pool needed some attention. It was cloudy and had an odor. Something wasn't right. The fitness room is a small one but you can get the job done. This is always a plus in my opinion. Like I said, breakfast was awesome. It gets a little crowded but I'm not complaining when the food is included with the stay. Coffee was free too and I appreciate that. The front desk was great and gave us plastic forks/spoons/knives and paper plates when we asked. All around a good deal and good experience. Best, Clint God Bless.

I’ve been visiting the Hampton Inn in Bow, New Hampshire, for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that my experiences keep getting better! Recently, I've had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful gentleman named Tom at the front desk. Tom is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and satisfied. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is always well-maintained and impeccably clean, making each stay enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast is excellent and a great start to the day! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. Thank you, Tom, for your outstanding service—you definitely make a difference! Additionally thank you Chris the front desk manager for over seeing a great stay!

I've come to Hampton Inn as my go mid-range hotel as they have upped their game compared to the others. Nice rooms and beds. Better, more varied breakfast buffets. Only complaint - enough to withhold one star - PLEASE focus on function over form for the desk chairs. It matched the room's motif, but was not ergonomic at all, not even basic height adjustment or tilt. We all have laptops now, this seat WILL be used.

I can’t believe this hotel charges $230 per night during peak season. The room furniture has clearly seen better days—it looks like it’s been in use for over 50 years. While it appears relatively well-maintained, it has obviously been used by many guests. This is definitely not a high-end, luxury-level experience. I was also a bit disappointed that there was no fluffy white robe, especially since I specifically booked a room that advertised this feature. In addition, the staffing levels need improvement. When I arrived at 4 PM, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The staff members are working very hard, but it seems the company is running the hotel with the bare minimum number of employees.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location minutes from downtown Concord. The room was clean and big enough. The staff is very friendly, Stephanie was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding information about skiing.

Booked this hotel last minute on a trip. Great stay. We had a 2 queen bed room which was very cozy. Everything worked great in the room and was exceptionally clean. Beds were awesome I slept great. Basic TV channels with the options to sign in to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Front desk worker, Tom, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The best part is checkout time is 12pm. Overall I loved the vibe of this hotel and would stay here again. Very comfortable, pleasant stay.
